The Fascia

The fascia is the connective tissue of the entire body. It is wrapped around every fibre of our muscles to give us our shape and range of movement. It supports our organs and holds them in place. In its natural state, the fascia is flexible, changing and accommodating, with a giving, flowing feeling to the body.

The Source of our Emotions

The source of our emotions comes from our cellular memory. If a situation reflects the same to the body it will respond in the same manner as it has done in the first instant. The body learns to resound from an older/other people.
